LDE(X) subversion snapshot(s)
The snapshot(s) on this page are taken from the main LDE(X) subversion repository. They contain the full export and will allow you to use the minimum amount of bandwidth to get the main code. Extract the most recent snapshot on your machine, install a subversion client and then update the subversion\LDE folder to get current code.
Note that this is for developers, not for regular end users, hence the link from the OpenLDE page.
