The LDE development team
Phil Stopford has been developing LDE since 1998 (prototyping) and since 1999 (public releases). Until the end of 2002, LDE was a project managed by him as part of leaf, but since then it has been a community project under his stewardship. He handed over day-to-day running of the project to Scott at the end of 2004, but still churns out code (mostly for Core) and documentation.
Scott Kearn has been developing for LDE since 2003 (Windows Scripting Host code in addition to native code hacking). Scott provides the server for the main web site, forums and subversion repository as well, for which we should be very grateful indeed. He took on the day-to-day management of the project at the end of 2004, including the formal release timing.

Joachim Namyslo has been maintaining the German translation for us since 2003.
Christian Buffin provided the French translation.
emilian provided the Romanian translation.
ilmcuts provided a great deal of help with the LiteStep engine and various modules (mzScript, etc.) from 2001 through 2003. Currently MIA, we look forward to hearing from him again.
blkhawk provided access to LSBox dev builds and responded to various feature requests. He's currently MIA.
Tekwyzrd provided various suggestions and content for customising the look and feel of interfaces.
